In order to efficiently integrate intelligent equipments such as Computer Numerical Control ( CNC ) machine tools, robots and automated guide vehicles in Automated Manufacture Systems ( AMSs ), design of reliable communication among various control entities and intelligent equipments was necessary for AMS.
Further interconnection of electric power systems over wide areas, continuing development of reliable automated control systems, and further effort in developing personnel to design will continue to improve the reliability of electric power supply.

Based on CSP and the formal representation of the process plans in a manufacturing system, a new method of Petri net synthesis for automated manufacturing systems is presented. It provides the rigid foundation for the development of design theory for Petri nets for automated manufacturing systems.
