Design and Manufacture of the Rolling Mill for New Spiral Groove Tubes(GT)
The mechanical structure and working principles of a kind of rolling tool for spiral groove tubes are introduced, and the geometrical parameters of normal spiral groove tubes are provided.
Experiments were conducted with respect to three kinds of heat exchange elements, i. e. bare tubes, inserted twisted band tubes and spiral groove tubes.
According to the research of rolling processing technology, we develop some simple rolling head of striated groove heat exchange tubes which can be processed on ordinary lathe.
The rolling tools for groove heat exchange tubes was designed based on the working principle of the rotary rolling mill and the tube manufacture process was introduced using this tools the welding groove tube was produced successfully.
