The characteristics of reperfusion arrhythmias in 37 cases with acute myocardial infarction ( AMI ) who were treated with thrombolytic therapy were studied with Holter monitor.
Methods Holter monitor was used to observe the silent myocardial ischemia attack in 486 cases with coronary heart disease. The relationship among the attack times, the period and the activities was analyzed.
[ Method ] Of the 32 patient with continual atrial fibrillation, the index of heart rate variability ( SDNN; SDANN; RMSSD and HRV triangular index ) were analysed on the basis of Holter monitor.
Objective : To analysis clinical significance of different time segments of ventricular premature beats and related factors by Holter monitor ECG.
Cardiac functions were determined by 2D-echocardiography, technetium-99m methoxyisobutylisonitrile ( 99mTc - MIBI ) and ECG Holter monitor before and 6 months after the procedure, respectively.
