Judicial Yuan(JY) shall determine applicable categories of Intellectual Property Court, its sub-court, and their alteration.
The rules governing selection and temporary transfer for the position of Judge Assistant shall be determined by Judicial Yuan(JY).
Other cases that should be under the jurisdiction of Intellectual Property Court as prescribed by law or under the designation of Judicial Yuan(JY).
If the director quits the position or fails to perform his or her duties during the term of office, the foundation shall report the matter to the president of the Judicial Yuan(JY) to discharge the director.
