The nature of library determines the development level of library. To a very large extent, this depends on the development level of reader service.
It has proven that if a library can correctly handle readers ' complaints, the level of reader satisfactory and sincerity will be effectively improved, and the service quality will be greatly upgraded.
This paper studies on the condition of computerization, librarians how to use their conscious activity to improve the quality of reader service, enlarge the service scale, increase the level of reader service.
Based on the communication approaches in human relationships, the author suggests to promote the managing, consulting and serving level in reader service by properly using the art of negative responses, in cases of insufficient resources and inability to meet the readers'needs.
A Different level of imaginary reader embodies the different imaginary relation between subject and object in literature activities.
