In order to study the pathogenic mechanism of acute gout, 48 male Wister rats were made into acute gout models by injecting 0.2 ml of monosodium urate solution into the right ankle, and then randomly divided into 6 groups.
Pathological examination shown the inflammatory cell infiltration and the monosodium urate crystals in the joint which induce acute attacks of gouty arthritis inflammation was inhibited.
