Materials and Methods : With cardiac magnetic resonance imaging ( CMRI ) as a reference, RT-3DE was undertaken in 31 healthy volunteers with left ventricular function parameters assessed, such as left ventricular peak ejection rate ( PER ) and peak filling rate ( PFR ).
The parameters were EDV ( end diastolic volume ), ESV ( end systolic volume ), EF ( ejection fraction ), PER ( peak ejection rate ) and PFR ( peak filling rate ).
Results : Patients with the duration of T wave inversion within 24 h had better left ventricular functional status with left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF ); peak ejection rate and peak filling rate significantly higher than those within 24 72 h and over 72 h.
There were no significant differences between the 2 groups in parameters that represent myocardial damage, including peak creating kinase and left ventricular ejection fraction.
The peak value of serum creatine phosphate kinase ( CPK ) and left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF ) were measured.
