Unbalanced distribution of regional openness is a factor causing regional divergence.
Regional openness is the degree of a regional development, including the factor of production flowing, the perfect support system of regional economic development, the government supporting behavior and so on.
By researching the regional openness, we hope to evaluate the level of an area, explore the theoretical basis for regional opening, provide research methods, and make out effective regional development policies.
Because there is not an accurate evaluating standard for the research of regional openness in theoretical circles, only do I provide a view for researching the regional openness, and I hope to give some references, and do some contribution for regional open research and practice.
