On the integration of EVA into operation management, the paper introduces the integration from three aspects : EVA and the working capital investment management, working capital financing management and cost & expense management, and focuses on the integration of EVA into Activities Based Cost.
This paper expounds the keystone and outline of feasibility research working on investment projects in new situation in detail, according to the forecast of marketing and price, analysis of risk, inflation, repay ability, personnel diathesis and other key aspects.
This empirical research indicated that macro-economic situation is negatively related to working capital investment policy while working capital financing policy is positive relevant. Then this paper gives some suggestions about working capital management based on the result base on the point of product process.
Chapter 3 serves as descriptive empirical analysis section. In this section, proxies representing working capital investment policy, working capital financing policy and the efficiency of working capital management, are selected to evaluate the situation of working capital management in manufacturing companies during ten years.
One team in our study was working on an investment tool, primarily used by retirees.
